Yoga + Breathwork Retreat at Finca El Morisco

Join us, Ralf and Danielle, for a lovely week of yoga and breathwork on the southern coast of Spain.
Our "finca" (in English refers to a piece of rural or agricultural land, with an estate building present, and often adjacent to a woodland or plantation) is located on a 7 hectare site, surrounded by more than a thousand mango, olive, orange, avocado, and chirimoya trees on the coast of Andalusia about 20 kilometers east of Málaga (45min from the airport). There you will find a large silent garden, with hammocks, pools, cozy spaces, be provided vegetarian/vegan buffet, transport shuttle to the sea, free transfer from the airport to the finca, hikes and a very warm service that supports you to let go. In the retreat, we will focus on Vinyasa & Yin Yoga as well as a more intensive breathwork practice.
A week of flowing, enjoying, flying, melting, breathing... and all this in a beautiful finca, surrounded by great nature and within sight of the sea.
We are Ralf & Danielle from Cologne/Bonn. Passionate and experienced yoga and meditation teacher, Thai yoga masseur and bodyworker.
Yoga, Meditation & Massages
After a morning yoga session with Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama and meditation, a hearty and healthy brunch follows.
After that, IT's YOU TIME! Just take time for yourself!
Come to rest, enjoy the idyllic finca, including pool and view, explore the area, just do nothing or treat yourself to a relaxing massage (Thai Yoga Massage, bodywork, and Reiki/Energy Work provided by your experienced facilitators).
In the early evening, we meet again on the mat for a relaxed yoga session with deep stretches and gentle restorative/Yin Yoga & Meditation. To let go, both physically and mentally.
Together we end the day, with culinary delights (vegetarian/vegan) and a relaxed gathering. Of course, only if you want to.

Location and Food
La Finca el Morisco is located in Benajarafe, Spain on the Andalusia coast (about 1.5km from beach) and surrounded by many fruit trees and offers a large, quiet garden, with hammocks, pools and cozy corners.
You can reach the finca in about 45 minutes from Malaga airport (free transfer service available)

The finca offers us a total of 17 Mediterranean-style rooms.
The rooms are divided into 2 categories:
♣ 15 double rooms with two single beds
♥ 2 double bedrooms with two single beds and private kitchenette
Important to know: Our double rooms are also occupied by two people if possible. This is part of the experience and you should be aware of in advance.
Our in-house chef spoils us exclusively with tasty vegetarian-Mediterranean dishes (brunch, fruit, dinner) and also caters specifically to your own needs. Wine & beer are also included in the price.

Accommodations and Pricing:
The price per participant for the yoga retreat in Andalusia includes two yoga & breathwork sessions per day, meditations, delicious vegetarian food (brunch, fruit & snacks, diner, wine & beer), airport transfer to and from la finca, and accommodation in a double room.
Our double rooms are preferably occupied by two people. Single occupancy is possible, but at an additional cost.
You can choose between two different categories:
♣ Occupancy in a double room & occupancy by 2 persons: 1.150€
♥ Space in double room for single occupancy: 1.295€

Arrival & departure, car rental, massages are not included in the price.
The prices include VAT and are valid per participant.
