Usui Reiki is a Japanese hands-on (or hands-off) technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.  Reiki treats all levels of the being (mind/body/spirit), and leaves clients feeling radiant, glowing, and sometimes note that it feels like they are floating, lighter.  

  • Introductory rate (30 minutes):  €35

  • Reiki massage offers a gentle, integrative approach to bodywork—combining skilled therapeutic touch and energy work (Usui Reiki) to support relaxation, regulation, and a felt sense of wholeness.

Time is valued.

Understanding time is our greatest commodity, each moment is dedicated to you and your specifics needs. First time visitors will be offered a free 15 minute consultation before the session.

Safe space.

You are welcome to come as you are. Our spacious and warm treatment room located in Südstadt (Bonn) is the perfect place to receive and reset. You will be in experienced hands, literally… but that being said, your voice matters. Feel free to let me know how we can make the space and time more comforting and inviting for you. Always have a soft ear and open heart for your feedback.

Health is wealth.

To ensure the health and wealth of our community and this practice, we use strict hygienic practices and ensure all products used are hypoallergenic and cruelty-free. Please be considerate, arrive clean (proper hygiene, avoid perfumes if possible), and find your place to (re-)discover your wealth through health.
