Join us for a week's yoga retreat in Sardinia. In the north of this beautiful island, surrounded by nature, leave your hectic everyday life far behind, breathe deeply and freely, let go, move and relax. Eat healthy and delicious food with like-minded people - in a special place where life slows down by itself and you can simply be.

Spend a week flowing, enjoying, flying, melting, breathing... in a beautiful villa in the village of Badesi, surrounded by nature and close to a long, fine sandy beach.

​

With the sea in the immediate vicinity, you can switch off and get closer to yourself again. Enjoying lovely sunrises rising over the trees and town of Badesi, and gorgeous sunsets over the sea, practicing yoga in the open air and connecting with like-minded yogis.

We are Ralf & Danielle from Cologne/Bonn. Passionate and experienced yoga and meditation teachers, Thai yoga masseurs and bodyworkers.

Yoga, Meditation & Massages
 
After a morning yoga session with Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama and meditation, a hearty and healthy brunch follows. 

After that, IT's YOU TIME!   Just take time for yourself!

​

Come to rest, enjoy the idyllic villa, including pool and view, explore the area, just do nothing or treat yourself to a relaxing massage (Thai Yoga Massage, bodywork, and Reiki/Energy Work provided by your experienced facilitators).

​

In the early evening, we meet again on the mat for a relaxed yoga session with deep stretches and gentle restorative/Yin Yoga & Meditation. To let go, both physically and mentally.

​

Together we end the day, with culinary delights (vegetarian/vegan) and a relaxed gathering.  Of course, only if you want to.

Location and Food

​

The location is magical. The beautiful, detached villa is located in a nature park on the north coast of Sardinia. The turquoise blue sea is within sight and can be reached on foot in just 150 meters. From the large terrace, you can see the sea on the horizon. You can enjoy nature in the garden or refresh yourself in the beautiful pool.

​

You can reach the villa in about an hour from Olbia airport.  

​

The villa has a total of 6 Mediterranean-style rooms.

​

The rooms are divided into 3 categories:

♥ 4 double rooms with private bathroom  (twin or double bed)

♣ 1 double room with private bathroom & terrace access (twin or double bed)

♠ 1 "4-person" room with private bathroom

 

Important to know: Our double rooms are also occupied by two people where possible.  Beds can be kept together or separated.  

 

Our in-house chef spoils us exclusively with tasty vegetarian-Mediterranean dishes (brunch, fruit, dinner) and also caters specifically to your own needs.

Adventure:

​

If you want to explore the island with your group or on your own, you can hire a car, which you can pick up and drop off directly at the airport at very reasonable prices.

​

You can reach the one of the island's most beautiful oceanic-vibe beach on foot in 5 minutes. The small village of Badesi is perfect for shopping or a leisurely coffee.  The lovely castle-town of Castelsardo is within a half hour drive, with delightful cliffside views of the north shore and Castelsardo marina, lovely restaurants and cafes, museums, shopping, and gelaterias.

​

If you fancy water sports, there are great spots on the island for windsurfers, kitesurfers and surfers. Even directly on our long local beach.  Or you can go diving and snorkeling and discover the colourful underwater world.

​

Whether you prefer to be on land or on the water, you'll find the right adventure for you. Or you can simply enjoy the peace and quiet on site.

Accommodations and Pricing:

 

The price per participant includes two yoga sessions per day, meditations, delicious vegetarian food (brunch, fruit & snacks, dinner) & accommodation in a double room.

​

Our double rooms are preferably occupied by two people. Single occupancy is possible, but at an extra charge. Most rooms have the option for single or double beds.

​

Early Bird Discount (10%) until February 15th, 2024!

You have the choice between two different categories:

♣ Room in a double room with terrace access & private bathroom: €1.600

♥ Place in a double room & private bathroom: €1.500

♠ Place in a 4-bed room & private bathroom: €1.200

 

Arrival & departure, rental car, massages, other catering (additional food, drinks etc.) are not included in the price.

The prices include VAT and are per participant.
